All sales at AlibarbarVaping are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases. Before you complete your order, please recheck it to ensure your satisfaction.
🛦 Return Policy
We guarantee the caliber of our goods and provide a simple return policy based on the following rules:
⏳ Return Policy: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any items.
📦 Products must be in their original packing, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received to qualify.

If your order is missing or damaged upon arrival or contains defective items, contact us within 72 hours at trendyproducts.inf@gmail.com, and our team will immediately dispatch a new order for you.
Any return order must be done within 14 days of receiving it. If any item is returned after 14 days, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
A full return will only be initiated if the item is still in the box and in mint/unused condition. Has the sole right to decide the condition of any returned product.
If a product returned is in used condition, it may be eligible for store credits or a replacement. However, we do not offer full refunds on items returned after usage.
Products must be returned with all components, parts, and accessories included. If a promotional item was provided for free along with the order, we reserve the right to deduct its value from the return.
AlibarbarVaping reserves the right to refuse a return request and may require additional information to process it fully.
All return or store credit will be redirected to the source of payment. If you paid through a debit or credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
Contact us via trendyproducts.inf@gmail.com with your order return request, and we will send you an official return number. Make sure to write this official return number on your package in multiple places to make it visible.
If a package is sent to us without the official return number, we cannot take any action.
When you return your order, we suggest using our original packaging material. AlibarbarVaping is not responsible for any orders damaged during the return process.
We offer free shipping, so the buyer, not AlibarbarVaping, will bear the shipping costs for returning the item.
As you know, the return order must be shipped to the official address you provided by email. So that you know, all replacements will need 14 days from us receiving the return package.
All orders placed on AlibarbarVaping are immediately processed. If you wish to cancel an order, we suggest following the return process.
